Training is for building skills over time, your team learns, practises and leaves with tools they keep using. Facilitation is for a specific moment that matters: a decision that keeps getting postponed, an offsite, a reorg conversation that needs a neutral hand in the room. Consulting is 1:1 for a leader who wants a confidential space to think something through before acting. Often the right answer is a mix of all three.

It depends on what you need. A single workshop is one day. A facilitated offsite is usually one or two days. A leadership programme might run over three or four months. I don’t believe in long retainers for their own sake, every engagement is designed to do a specific job, and we agree on scope before anything starts.

For 1:1 consulting, sessions start at €120 (60 min). Trainings and facilitation start at €1,230 for a half-day (~4 hours) or €1,890 for a full day (~7 hours). Final pricing depends on format, group size and customisation. Get in touch and I’ll be pleased to prepare a tailorized proposal after our first conversation.

Yes,and that’s exactly how I’d suggest starting. The first conversation is free and there’s no obligation on either side. I’ll ask about your situation, share what I think would help, and follow up with a written proposal if it makes sense. You decide from there, in your own time.

Once you book, you’ll get a short confirmation with one question to answer beforehand, just a few lines about what’s on your mind. It takes two minutes and means I show up prepared rather than starting from scratch. The call itself is 30/45 minutes. If we both feel there’s a good fit, I’ll send a proposal within a few days.

I’m based in Munich and work with companies across the DACH region — and beyond, when the project makes sense. Most workshops I prefer to deliver on-site, because the energy in the room makes a difference. But remote works well too, especially for 1:1 sessions and shorter formats.

German, English and Italian for everything: workshops, facilitation, 1:1 sessions, written proposals. I’ll work in whichever language fits your team best, and can switch mid-session if needed.

Absolutely and it often works really well. I regularly work alongside internal HR or L&D teams, not instead of them. I bring an external perspective and specialist focus on intercultural dynamics and change, and I take on the things that internal teams don’t always have the bandwidth or specific expertise for.

Yes, always. Whether it’s a 1:1 session or a team facilitation, what’s shared stays between us unless we agree otherwise. For team sessions, I create the conditions for honest conversation that only works if people trust it won’t come back to them. Confidentiality is written into every agreement.
